About radharc

At radharc we love the web.   It’s just we want it to be easy to use.  We want your customers to love our websites.  That’s why we are in business to make the web easier to use via:

  • Designing or redesign websites for small businesses to large government agencies using our specialised customer focused techniques.
  • Developing your strategic direction or web site plan for your web site.
  • Helping you deal with your site’s usability, accessibility, and findability issues – making websites easier to use.

No matter how good your website design is. We believe the core to a great website  is its ease of use and ease of finding the information.  Topics that are very close to our heart.

We are an independent web consultancy that deals with user (customer) experience design.  Over the years we have found ourselves involved in a variety of different types of projects, such as:

  • Ensuring non for profit organisations web sites are both usable and accessible on a limited budget.
  • Redesigning a complete website navigation and content structure for various Government and Education agencies.
  • Design and development of a complete website specification or framework for various Government agencies.
  • Development of a design and information management solution, with a strong customer focus, for various small businesses
  • Working with design agencies to event organisers requiring websites development that is cost effective and usable by their client and their end of line customers.

Talk to us about your web site needs, take advantage of our breath of knowledge in  designing the best experience for your customers and avoid the costly mistakes of the past by professionally planning your next web project.
